4-hour sessions designed to help you recover from toxic relationships or narcissistic abuse.

With a spirit of optimism, we will illuminate a bright path forward.

Whether you are still in a relationship that is not healthy for you, or recovering from narcissistic abuse, therapy intensives offer a compassionate space for you to process your pain, heal your wounds, and unravel the tangled emotions of guilt, confusion, heartbreak, isolation, and self-doubt that can accompany toxic relationships. Theoretical Orientation/Approaches

  • Integrative therapy: I blend traditional therapies (ie: cognitive behavioral) with creative expression, mindfulness, new experiences, storytelling (therapeutic journaling, narrative therapy, support groups, etc.), and other holistic wellness practices.
  • Humanistic/Rogerian therapy: An approach to therapy that emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and a genuine therapeutic relationship.
  • Women-centered Therapy: An empowerment approach that can help you navigate societal expectations, challenge female stereotypes, assert your needs, and cultivate self-compassion.
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). DBT informed treatment can help with emotional regulation, by providing practical tools and strategies to help you navigate complex emotions and achieve inner peace. I integrate tools such as radical acceptance, distress tolerance, and self-validation.
