  • Integrative therapy: I blend traditional therapies (ie: cognitive behavioral) with creative expression, Buddhist Psychology, new experiences, storytelling (ie: therapeutic journaling, developing support systems), and other holistic wellness practices.
  • Humanistic/Rogerian therapy: An approach to therapy that emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and a genuine therapeutic relationship.
  • Dialectical behavioral therapy Informed (DBT): A type of cognitive-behavioral therapy that offers practical tools and strategies, tailored to your therapy goals, with an emphasis on mindfulness and self-validation.
  • Women-centered therapy: An empowerment approach that can help you navigate societal expectations, challenge female stereotypes, assert your needs, and cultivate self-compassion.
